Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and skilled Plumber to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing water systems, plumbing fixtures, and drainage networks across residential and commercial properties. Your expertise will ensure that plumbing systems operate efficiently, meet safety standards, and adhere to local building codes. Responsibilities Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems including water supply lines, drainage, waste disposal, and venting in residential and commercial settings Conduct plumbing inspections using specialized cameras and diagnostic tools to identify issues accurately Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and schematics to ensure precise installation and repairs Operate power tools, hand tools, pipe threading machines, and plumbing inspection cameras safely and effectively Perform drain cleaning using specialized equipment to clear blockages and restore flow Ensure all work complies with local building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards Assist with remodeling projects by assembling fixtures, fitting pipes, and modifying existing plumbing infrastructure Maintain detailed records of inspections, repairs, and maintenance activities for accountability and future reference Collaborate with team members on construction sites to ensure timely project completion while adhering to safety protocols Provide excellent customer service by communicating clearly with clients about work performed and recommended solutions Requirements Proven construction experience with a focus on plumbing systems in residential or commercial environments Hands-on experience with welding, pipe threading, assembly, remodeling, and heavy lifting tasks Knowledge of construction plumbing practices including pipe installation, repair techniques, and system maintenance Familiarity with drain cleaning equipment, plumbing inspection cameras, power tools, hand tools, and plumbing system components Ability to interpret technical drawings and schematics accurately for installation or repair projects Understanding of local building codes related to plumbing installations and repairs Valid driver's license with experience operating a company vehicle or commercial driving license preferred Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly to clients Basic math skills for measurements and calculations during installations or repairs Experience working on construction sites with a focus on safety protocols in both residential and commercial settings Handyman experience or background in remodeling adds valuable versatility to the role Join us if you're passionate about delivering top-quality plumbing solutions!
