We are seeking an experienced Licensed Plumber to handle commercial and residential plumbing needs across the OKC Metro area. Depending on experience and certifications, compensation is $15 to $35 an hour plus 3 to 5% commission. Key Responsibilities Install, maintain, inspect, and repair plumbing systems in both residential and commercial buildings. Respond promptly to dispatched service calls, diagnosing and resolving issues efficiently. Perform specialized services, including video camera inspections, electronic leak location, and drain cleaning. Repair and replace main water lines, sewer lines, traditional water heaters, and tankless water heaters. Ensure all installations and repairs strictly follow current Oklahoma plumbing codes so that systems pass inspection the first time. Communicate clearly and honestly with customers regarding system evaluations, repair options, and pricing. Complete work on new construction projects and property rehabilitations. Required Qualifications Active Oklahoma Journeyman Plumber License or Plumbing Contractor License. 2+ years of verified technical and trade experience in plumbing. Deep understanding of current plumbing regulations, codes, and industry benchmarks. Valid Oklahoma Driver's License with a clean driving record. High school diploma or equivalent. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Excellent interpersonal skills to provide highly professional customer service. Physical Requirements & Working Conditions Ability to safely lift, carry, push, and pull heavy equipment and materials weighing up to 50 pounds or more. Physical stamina to stand, kneel, crouch, crawl, and bend for extended periods throughout the workday. Comfortable working in cramped and confined spaces, including attics, basements, and crawlspaces. Capability to safely climb and work from ladders at varying heights. Willingness to work in diverse environments, which involves exposure to varying indoor and outdoor weather conditions and temperatures. Ability to safely operate company vehicles and navigate to multiple job sites across the service area.
Pay:
Up to $35.00 per hour
