Summary:
This Plumbing Service Technician will inspect, diagnose, and repair or replace plumbing systems as well as educate and assist customers in choosing products and services to enhance their plumbing system. Must hold an active Plumbing Journeyman's License.Pay Scale:
$25-$30/hour, plus commissionEssential Duties:
Inspect, diagnose, and repair or replace plumbing systems. Educate and assist customers in choosing products, repairs, and services to enhance their plumbing system. Attend and participate in all required meetings and training to continue the development of interpersonal and technical skills Follow scripting to provide a consistent experience. Other duties as assigned.Qualifications:
CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSES
- Oklahoma Plumbing Journeyman License, valid driver's license.LANGUAGE SKILLS
— Able to read and interpret documents such as operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals. Able to speak effectively in group settings.MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
— Able to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Able to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.REASONING ABILITY
— Able to apply common sense understanding in a variety of situations to assure customer satisfaction for both internal and external customers. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.COMPUTER SKILLS
— Typing proficiency required. Knowledge of how to access and use the internet and have a good working knowledge of data entry software, spreadsheet software, and/or word processing software.Physical Demands:

Must be able to sit, reach, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, hear, talk, type and write. Must be able to lift and maneuver up to 100 pounds. Must be able to work outdoors and in extreme weather (wet, below freezing, or above 100° temperatures). Must be able to climb on ladders & scaffolding.
