We are looking for an expert in the field who is ready to take charge in the field, deliver exceptional customer experiences, drive the quality of the work, and directly contribute to the financial success of every service call. This is a critical leadership role for a hands-on, customer-facing professional. This position focuses on troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems while ensuring technical excellence and efficiency:
Advanced Diagnostics & Repair:
Quickly and accurately identify plumbing issues (including hidden leaks) and execute high-quality repairs on existing systems.
Customer Communication & Education:
Clearly explain issues, present repair or replacement options, and provide upfront pricing to homeowners or business owners.
Code Compliance & Quality Control:
Ensure all service and repair work meets or exceeds local plumbing codes and company standards.
Preventative Maintenance:
Perform routine maintenance and identify potential future issues to save customers time and money. While the focus is on field service, you will play a direct role in the department's business success:
Job Scoping & Estimating:
Provide accurate quotes and present tiered options (good, better, best) to customers.
Field Problem Solving:
Adapt on the fly to unexpected challenges commonly found in service and repair environments.
Efficiency and Profitability:
Manage your time and truck inventory effectively to maximize the profitability of each service call. What We Require Valid Journeyman Plumber License/Certification or Equivalent hours. (We will help you get your license if needed) Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience specifically in plumbing service, maintenance, and repair. Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills for a wide variety of residential and/or commercial plumbing systems. Leak detection experience is a strong plus (e.g., slab leaks, acoustic equipment, or thermal imaging). Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical customers in a friendly, professional manner. Comprehensive knowledge of all plumbing codes and safety protocols. Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
