Responsibilities include:

Perform sewer and drain cleaning, maintenance, and repair services for residential customers Diagnose drainage issues and identify effective solutions using your mechanical and troubleshooting expertise Read blueprints and schematics to locate and evaluate drainage systems Assemble, install, and repair drain pipes, fittings, and fixtures Safely operate drain cleaning equipment, including trailer jetters, mini jetters, and drain snakes Measure, cut, thread, and seal pipe to ensure proper installation and reliable performance Work collaboratively with team members on remodeling and drainage-related projects Communicate findings and recommendations clearly to customers Deliver an exceptional customer experience by addressing questions and concerns professionally What You Bring We're looking for motivated professionals who combine technical expertise with outstanding customer service.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in sewer and drain cleaning and repair Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot and diagnose drainage issues Experience with pipe threading, fitting, and sealing techniques Excellent communication, listening, and customer service skills Ability to work independently while contributing to a team-oriented culture Experience with ServiceTitan is a plus Ability to successfully complete a pre-employment background check and drug screening (marijuana permitted) Why Pacific Plumbing & Rooter?
