Environmental Works LLC is looking for a Washington-licensed Journeyman Plumber who also holds an Oregon Journeyman Plumber License to join our growing team. We are specifically looking for someone who is comfortable working in Washington and Oregon , as our service area sits right on the state line. If you hold both Washington and Oregon plumbing licenses , this is an excellent opportunity to take advantage of work on both sides of the river while earning up to $65/hr . Your work may include:

Residential and commercial plumbing service Repairing or replacing leaking pipes and faucets Main waterline and secondary line repairs/replacements ADUs and remodels Fixture replacements and garbage disposals Water heater installation and replacement Drain lines and clogged drains Sewer and drain camera inspections Plumbing upgrades and new installations Ejection pump systems Troubleshooting and diagnosing plumbing issues Providing professional, customer-focused service throughout Oregon and Washington What You Bring Current Washington Journeyman Plumber License —

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Ability to pass a background check Strong customer service and communication skills Professional, reliable, team-focused attitude Ability and willingness to work throughout the Portland/Vancouver metro area ServiceTitan experience is a plus, but not required $$ Competitive Pay + Retention Bonus $$ Earn up to $65/hour for qualified candidates holding both Washington and Oregon licenses. $5,000 Retention Bonus — offered to eligible new hires who meet the applicable employment and retention requirements.
