PEX Plumbing and Repiping is hiring two dependable team members to support our whole-house repiping and water service crews. If you enjoy hands-on work, take pride in doing things right, and want to build useful skills alongside experienced plumbers, we'd like to meet you. Plumbing experience isn't required for the laborer position. Construction, landscaping, excavation, or other physical work experience is a plus. What we offer Starting pay of $20-$23 per hour , depending on experience. Additional incentive pay for work performed in crawlspaces. Four-day workweeks. What you'll do Protect customers' floors, furniture, and work areas. Help prepare access for repiping, including work in crawlspaces. Assist with digging, backfilling, and moving materials. Keep tools and supplies organized and ready for the crew. Handle debris removal, cleanup, and shop and trailer organization. Support our plumbers in completing quality work and leaving customers' homes clean. What makes a good fit You show up on time, work steadily, follow directions, and look for ways to help. You take care of tools and customers' property, work safely, and communicate respectfully with the crew. This is physical work that includes crawling, kneeling, digging, carrying materials, and working outdoors. You need to be comfortable working in crawlspaces and getting dirty—and we provide additional incentive pay for that crawlspace work. Interested in a plumbing apprenticeship? Tell us when you apply.
