What You'll Be Doing We're hiring experienced sales plumbers as well as experienced install plumbers who are capable of operating a service van independently.

Your responsibilities will include:

Diagnosing residential plumbing problems Presenting customers with clear repair and replacement options Completing plumbing repairs and service work Delivering an excellent customer experience Collecting payment after completed work Managing your schedule, calls, and ongoing projects Maintaining a clean, professional service vehicle Representing Pink Flamingo professionally in customers' homes This is a performance-driven position. We offer hourly compensation or a profit-sharing structure that rewards production and performance. The stronger you perform, the greater your earning opportunity. What We're Looking For Minimum 2 years of service plumbing or sales experience Oregon Journeyman license not required Ability to confidently run residential service calls independently Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills Customer-service focused Comfortable presenting customers with multiple solutions Valid driver's license and safe driving history Ability to pass required background and skills checks Professional appearance and communication Takes pride in keeping their service vehicle clean and organized Positive attitude and team mentality Schedule Monday-Friday 9:00 AM-5:00

Full-time Compensation $80,000-$250,000+ per year Your earning potential is directly tied to your performance, production, and ability to provide customers with great solutions and service. $2,500 SIGN-ON BONUS available for qualified experienced Sales Technicians.
