Job Description
LOVETT Services | Portland Metro Area $35-$40/hour DOE | Full-Time Do Great Work. Take Care of the Customer. No High-Pressure Sales. LOVETT Services is looking for an experienced Drain Technician to join our team serving residential and commercial customers throughout the Portland Metro area. We're looking for someone who knows drain cleaning, takes pride in their work, and believes in providing customers with honest, dependable service. This is not a high-pressure sales position. We don't expect our technicians to push unnecessary services or meet aggressive sales quotas. We want you to diagnose the problem, provide the right solution, do quality work, and take great care of the customer. What You'll Do Perform residential and commercial drain cleaning and clearing Diagnose drain and sewer line issues and determine appropriate solutions Operate professional drain cleaning equipment safely and effectively Troubleshoot recurring or complex drainage problems Communicate findings and recommended solutions clearly with customers Provide professional and respectful service in customers' homes and businesses Maintain tools, equipment, and assigned work vehicle Complete service documentation accurately Follow company safety procedures and industry best practices Work collaboratively with the LOVETT team when additional plumbing, excavation, or other services are needed What We're Looking For Previous professional drain cleaning experience required Experience with residential and commercial drain systems Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Ability to safely operate drain cleaning equipment Excellent customer service and communication skills Dependable, self-motivated, and able to work independently Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record Commitment to safety and quality workmanship Compensation $35-$40 per hour, depending on experience We're looking for an experienced technician who can step in and contribute to the team, and we're willing to compensate accordingly.
