ASAP Job Description Einstein Pros Plumbing & Heating is actively seeking an experienced, licensed Oregon Journeyman Plumber to join our growing Portland team. This is a commission-based position designed for a motivated plumber who wants their earning potential tied directly to their performance and completed work. We're looking for someone who can work independently, provide excellent customer service, and confidently handle residential plumbing service calls from diagnosis through completion. Our work includes residential service, repairs, installations, water heaters, filtration systems, sewer and drain work, and remodeling projects throughout the Portland metro area. Responsibilities Diagnose residential plumbing problems and recommend appropriate solutions Complete plumbing repairs, service calls, and installations Install and service tank and tankless water heaters Install and repair fixtures, faucets, toilets, and related plumbing Perform drain and sewer work Install whole-home water filtration systems Perform plumbing maintenance and inspections Clearly explain findings, options, and recommended solutions to customers Provide professional and customer-focused service Maintain a clean and organized work area Complete jobs efficiently while maintaining high-quality workmanship Ensure all work complies with Oregon plumbing codes and company standards Qualifications Valid Oregon Journeyman Plumber License

• Required Residential service plumbing experience preferred Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills Ability to confidently communicate repair and replacement options with customers Ability to work independently and manage service calls efficiently Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Dependable, professional, and customer-focused Strong communication skills Available to start ASAP Compensation Commission-Based Pay This position is structured around commission, giving motivated plumbers the opportunity to earn based on the work they complete and their overall performance.

We are looking for plumbers who are comfortable in a service-based environment and motivated by a compensation structure that rewards productivity, quality workmanship, and excellent customer service.
