The Big Task:
You will diagnose, repair, and install our customer's plumbing systems as well as lead customers to informed and confident buying decisions. Desired Skills and Experience for Plumbing Service technicians: 3+ years experience in residential plumbing. Fantastic customer service skills with home owners, our customers want to feel like they're with a home service superhero! Communicating effectively with homeowners, explaining issues clearly, and maintaining professionalism.
Troubleshooting & Diagnostics:
Identifying complex plumbing issues and finding efficient solutions. Ability to clean, unclog, and repair drains, sewer lines, and septic systems, including using cameras for inspections. Utilizing tools like drain snakes, Electric Eel Machines, and hydro-jetting equipment to clear clogs.
Water Heater Services:
Repairing and servicing conventional and tankless water heaters.
Gas Line Repair:
Working on residential gas lines for appliances.
Key Sub Tasks:
Maintain communication with dispatch, your manager, parts, and installation teams. Keep your company truck clean, inside, and out. Keep your truck inventory up to date. Maintain a clean and professional appearance. Have and maintain a clean driving record. Participate in training allowing you to grow and develop as a professional. Have or be willing to get the proper certifications. We can help you with this.
