We're a growing mechanical contractor serving residential and commercial customers. We need a Senior Plumber who runs their own calls with confidence, earns customer trust on sight, and makes the junior plumbers around them better just by being on the job. This isn't a title. It's a role with real responsibility — and real compensation to match. What you'll be doing Lead advanced service calls independently across residential and commercial accounts Diagnose complex plumbing issues and deliver solutions that actually hold Perform repairs, replacements, and installations to code — every time Conduct backflow testing and installation where applicable Operate hydro jetting equipment for drain and sewer work Mentor junior plumbers in the field — your experience is an asset to the whole team This role includes participation in a shared on-call rotation. On-call pay provided.
