Responsibilities Build custom van conversions from the ground up. Install cabinetry, flooring, insulation, wall and ceiling panels, and interior finishes. Perform 12V and 120V electrical installations. Install plumbing systems and fixtures. Complete light mechanical installations and modifications. Read and follow build plans while maintaining high-quality craftsmanship. Work collaboratively with team members to complete projects on schedule. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Qualifications Strong communication and teamwork skills. Experience with 12V and 120V electrical systems. Woodworking and cabinetry experience. Basic plumbing knowledge. Light mechanical experience. Ability to use hand and power tools safely and efficiently. A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and attention to detail.
