Harrisburg, PA and surrounding areasWe are seeking a skilled Service Plumber to join a growing employee-owned organization. This position is ideal for a hands-on technician who enjoys diagnosing, repairing, and servicing plumbing systems while delivering exceptional customer service. You'll work on a variety of residential and commercial plumbing systems, utilizing your troubleshooting expertise to resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally. Key ResponsibilitiesDiagnose and repair plumbing systems, fixtures, and equipment.
Troubleshoot plumbing issues and determine effective repair solutions.
Respond to residential and commercial service calls in a professional manner.
Communicate repair recommendations and service options with customers.
Complete service documentation accurately and professionally.
Maintain company vehicle, tools, and equipment.
Follow company safety standards, local codes, and industry best practices.
QualificationsMinimum 3 years of plumbing service and repair experience.
Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
Experience servicing residential and/or commercial plumbing systems.
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage service calls efficiently.
Valid driver's license.
Preferred ExperienceResidential plumbing service and repair.
Commercial plumbing service and maintenance.
Water heater installation and repair.
Drain, sewer, and piping system troubleshooting.
Plumbing code knowledge and compliance.
