Key Responsibilities Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems (pipes, fixtures, valves, appliances) in commercial and residential buildings. Clear clogs and maintain main sewer and drain lines using drain snakes, high-pressure hydro-jetters, and camera inspection equipment. Conduct routine maintenance checks and use mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and resolve plumbing issues and emergencies. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to execute precise plumbing layouts using basic math for measurements. Safely use hand tools, power tools, pipe threading equipment, welding tools, and other construction gear. Keep your assigned truck properly stocked and organized. Work closely with dispatch to stay on schedule and execute client requests. Coordinate effectively with other trades, such as carpentry and HVAC technicians, on joint project tasks. Ensure all work complies with local building codes, safety regulations, and project specifications. Perform heavy lifting of materials safely. Required Qualifications & Skills 5+ years of extensive plumbing experience. Valid Journeyman Plumber License. Proficient in pipe installation, pipe threading, welding, and reading blueprints/schematics. Strong field service troubleshooting skills and a solid understanding of general mechanical/HVAC principles relevant to plumbing. Ability to handle heavy lifting and safely navigate fast-paced construction environments. Clean driving record to operate company vehicles. Preferred Qualifications (A Plus) Backflow certification. Experience with remodeling, general maintenance, assembly tasks, or handyman work. Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) or ability to operate construction vehicles.
