Streamlined Operations:
Dedicated dispatch support to manage schedules and client requests efficiently Professional Development and collaborative team settingKey Responsibilities System Maintenance & Installation:
Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems, including pipes, fixtures, valves, and appliances in commercial and residential buildings.Diagnostics & Emergency Response:
Efficiently troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve plumbing issues and emergencies.Technical Execution:
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to execute precise plumbing layouts.Inventory Control:
Manage and control truck inventory to ensure the vehicle is properly stocked for daily service calls.Field Communication:
Coordinate closely with dispatch to ensure schedule adherence and the proper execution of client special requests.Interdisciplinary Collaboration:
Work alongside other trades, such as HVAC and carpentry, to coordinate project tasks effectively.Compliance:
Ensure all work strictly complies with local building codes, safety regulations, and project specifications.On-Call Availability:
Participate in a rotating on-call schedule to handle urgent service requests.Job Requirements Experience:
Minimum of 5 years of professional plumbing experience.Licensing:
Active Journeyman Plumber License.Technical Proficiency:
Strong background in pipe installation, pipe threading, welding, and reading schematics.Physical Capability:
Ability to safely perform heavy lifting and physical labor standard on construction and service sites.Tools & Equipment:
Proficient in using hand tools, power tools, and specialized plumbing equipment.Driving Record:
Valid driver's license with a clean driving history to operate company vehicles.
