Overview Join our dynamic underground team as a 3rd Year or Journeyman Plumber and take your plumbing skills to the next level! In this role, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing plumbing systems across residential and commercial projects. Your expertise will ensure that plumbing installations meet all safety standards and building codes while delivering top-quality service to clients. Responsibilities Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential and commercial buildings following construction plans and blueprints Read schematics, technical drawings, and building codes to ensure compliance with local regulations Use hand tools, power tools, pipe threading equipment, and welding techniques to assemble piping systems including gas piping and HVAC components Perform pipe installation, pipe threading, and system testing to guarantee leak-free operation Conduct routine maintenance and repairs on plumbing systems while adhering to safety regulations and industry standards Collaborate with construction teams, carpenters, HVAC technicians, and project managers to coordinate work activities on-site Ensure all work complies with building code requirements and safety protocols while maintaining a clean and organized work environment Experience Minimum of three years of construction experience with a focus on plumbing installation and repair Proven ability to read blueprints, schematics, and construction plans accurately Hands-on experience with welding, pipe threading, gas piping systems, and the use of hand tools and power tools Knowledge of plumbing building codes, local regulations, and safety standards applicable to residential and commercial projects Familiarity with CIPP lining and hydrojetting Strong mechanical aptitude combined with basic math skills for precise measurements and calculations Experience working on construction sites with heavy lifting requirements; familiarity with carpentry or handyman tasks is a plus This role offers an engaging environment where your skills will directly contribute to high-quality construction projects. Pay:
$25.00 - $35.00 per hour
