The role We are hiring a Lead Plumber to own our residential and light commercial plumbing work. You run service calls and installs start to finish, quote work with honest pricing, and set the quality standard as we grow the crew. What you will do Perform residential and light commercial plumbing across both service/repair and new installs and remodel rough-in.

Handle our core scope:

drain cleaning (cabling), water heaters (tank and tankless), leak repair, fixtures, sump pumps, valves and supply lines, gas connections, and water treatment. Diagnose problems accurately and fix them right, explaining the work to customers in simple, honest terms. Assess jobs, build estimates, and quote work with upfront, honest pricing and no upselling. Pull permits and keep work compliant with local code and inspection requirements, as the company's ACHD Registered Master Plumber. Own job quality from first cut to final walkthrough, and make sure everything runs right before you leave. Mentor junior plumbers and helpers as we grow, on both craft and customer care. Keep clear job records in our field software (Housecall Pro), including accurate parts and time. Manage truck and job-site materials, and flag parts to order. Represent the brand professionally in customers' homes: clean, on time, respectful, and honest. What we are looking for An experienced plumber who leads by example and delivers clean, reliable work. Able to read the job, plan the work, build an accurate estimate, and keep a schedule moving. Someone who genuinely cares about doing right by the customer, and can pass that on to others as we grow. A clear communicator, in person and in writing. Calm and effective in a fast-paced, changing day. Experience and licensing ACHD Registered Master Plumber required. 5+ years of hands-on residential and light commercial plumbing experience , with lead or senior-level responsibility preferred. Strong across both service/repair and installation work. Valid Pennsylvania driver's license with a clean driving record. High school diploma or equivalent. $70,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
