Join our team as a Full-Time Plumber!
Primary Responsibilities:
Removes snow and ice. Maintains, tests, and repairs all life safety systems. IE sprinkler tests, eye wash, and emergency showers. Maintains, tests, repairs existing piping systems, drain, waste and vent systems, potable waters systems, steam, and medical gas delivery systems. Assists other trades as appropriate or assigned by management. Accurately requisitions materials, maintains files and records. Records time and material expended. Maintain a clean safe work environment, including storage and shop areas. Responsible for timely completion of work orders, preventative maintenance, logs, performance testing and other documentation.
