Overview We are seeking a skilled and motivated Part-Time Plumber to join our dynamic team. This vital role involves installing, maintaining, and repairing plumbing systems across residential and commercial properties. As a licensed professional, you will ensure all work complies with local building codes and safety standards while delivering exceptional service to our clients. Your expertise in plumbing systems, mechanical knowledge, and construction experience will drive successful project outcomes and customer satisfaction. Duties Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems including water supply, drainage, and waste disposal for residential and commercial properties Conduct plumbing inspections using cameras and other diagnostic tools to identify issues accurately Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and schematics to ensure precise installation and repairs Operate company vehicles safely to transport tools, materials, and personnel to various job sites Use hand tools, power tools, pipe threading equipment, and welding techniques to complete plumbing tasks efficiently Perform drain cleaning using specialized equipment to clear blockages and restore proper flow Adhere to local building codes and safety regulations during all phases of construction plumbing projects Assist with remodeling projects by assembling fixtures, fitting pipes, and ensuring seamless integration into existing systems Collaborate with team members on construction site experience projects, ensuring timely completion of tasks while maintaining quality standards Maintain detailed records of inspections, repairs, and project progress for accountability and future reference Requirements Valid license as a professional plumber with relevant state or local certifications Proven construction experience with a focus on plumbing installation and repair in residential or commercial settings Mechanical knowledge of water systems, plumbing system maintenance, and repair techniques Experience operating plumbing inspection cameras, pipe threading machines, hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment Strong understanding of local building codes and regulations governing plumbing work Ability to interpret technical drawings accurately for installation or repair projects Customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members Physical capability for heavy lifting, climbing ladders, bending, kneeling, and working in confined spaces Valid driver's license with experience operating company vehicles safely in various environments Basic math skills for measuring materials and calculating project requirements Construction site experience including remodeling or handyman work is highly desirable Join us as a Licensed Plumber to bring your expertise into a collaborative environment where your skills make a real difference.
