And because we're focused on plumbing , you won't be bouncing between unrelated trades. You'll be doing the work you're trained and experienced to do. What You'll Do Run approximately 4-6 residential plumbing service calls per day Diagnose and repair residential plumbing issues Troubleshoot leaks, drains, fixtures, water heaters, and other plumbing systems Perform plumbing replacements and installations Clearly explain repair options and recommendations to homeowners Complete service documentation, invoicing, and customer communication through ServiceTitan Maintain clean, safe, and professional work areas Participate in a rotating on-call schedule Earn More Than Your Hourly Rate We believe great plumbers should be rewarded for producing great work.

Monthly Performance Bonuses:

Earn $500

• 5,500+ per month based on production and revenue goals New plumbers have introductory bonus opportunities during onboarding

Quarterly Bonus:

What We're Looking For Required:

3+ years of residential plumbing service experience Apprentice or Journeyman-level plumbing experience Strong residential service plumbing background Ability to independently diagnose and complete plumbing repairs ServiceTitan experience is required Strong troubleshooting and installation skills Professional customer communication skills Valid driver's license and good driving record Reliable, professional, and committed to quality workmanship

Preferred:

Journeyman Plumbing License or actively working toward one High-volume residential service experience Experience managing multiple service calls efficiently Strong sales/customer service skills What You GetEvery Other Friday OFF Work a 9/80 schedule , giving you every other Friday off.
