Job Description

Daytime program instructor to provide high quality training to high school students in the field of plumbing. Must have a minimum of 5 years' industry experience in all phases of commercial plumbing from basic techniques to complex installations and systems.
Responsibilities include:
Develop and implement comprehensive lesson plans that cover all aspects of plumbing Teach plumbing concepts and practical skills Monitor student progress, conduct evaluations and provided constructive feedback Maintain a safe, clean, and organized teaching environment Stay updated on the latest plumbing techniques, equipment, and safety regulations Provide guidance and support to students Ensure proper use and maintenance of plumbing tools and equipment Prepare students for plumbing certification exams Valid plumbing license or certification Strong understanding of plumbing codes and safety regulations Instructor will deliver instruction based on approved curriculum, assess students, and coordinate with local employers to keep program up-to-date. Position requires high level of organization and communication skills. Must be willing to obtain Pennsylvania Department of Education certification in vocational education.
