Job Description

Sales Manager Grow the Business. Build Relationships. Build Your Career. As a Sales Manager at Aaron's, you'll play a key role in growing our business and creating a great experience for our customers. This is a hands-on leadership position where no two days are exactly alike. You'll build relationships with customers and vendors, generate new business, help your team reach sales goals, process customer payments, and make sure the store and showroom are looking their best. You'll work closely with the General Manager and the rest of the team, learning the ins and outs of running a successful Aaron's store while developing the skills you need to advance your career. What You'll Do Build lasting relationships with customers and vendors Generate leads and develop new business through local marketing and community outreach Meet and exceed sales goals Guide customers through the sales process and complete rental agreements Process customer renewal payments and assist with account needs Help maintain an attractive, organized and well-stocked showroom Assist the General Manager with day-to-day store operations Support and coach team members when needed Assist with deliveries and merchandise handling when a Delivery & Installation Specialist is unavailable Help create a positive, professional and team-oriented store environment What Makes You a Great Fit You don't have to know everything about rent-to-own to succeed here. What You Need Must be at least 21 years old High school diploma or equivalent preferred Two years of college or previous management experience preferred Valid state driver's license Must meet applicable DOT requirements Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work a flexible schedule with availability between 8 a.m. and 9 p.m. Ability to safely perform the physical requirements of the position, including lifting up to 50 lbs. independently and moving up to 300 lbs. with a dolly and proper equipment We'll provide the training and tools you need to do the job safely and successfully.
