Hiring Expectations:

Minimum 3 years of residential plumbing service experience Ability to independently complete residential plumbing service calls from diagnosis through repair Strong plumbing diagnostics and troubleshooting skills Experience presenting repair and replacement options to homeowners Excellent customer service and communication skills Experience with ServiceTitan or similar field service software preferred Valid driver's license High school diploma or equivalent Strong work ethic with excellent accountability and attention to detail Ability to maintain a clean and professional appearance Willingness to work overtime as needed Ability to lift plumbing equipment, work in confined spaces, and safely perform the physical demands of the position Chesco Plumbing is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
