About us Waterly Solutions is a veteran-owned water treatment company serving Central Florida out of Clermont Founded by a sales professional and a home service technician with over ten years of combined field experience We contract skilled installers to install residential water softener and treatment systems The opportunity Independent contractor role — you set your own schedule and take the jobs that fit your availability We hand you scheduled, sold jobs — you show up, install clean, and get paid per completed install Steady flow of work for installers who do quality work and show up reliably Who we're looking for Experienced installers — plumbing, water treatment, or related home service background Clean, code-conscious workmanship and respect for the customer's home Reliable, professional, and able to represent the company well at the door Self-directed — you manage your own jobs without daily oversight What you bring Own tools and reliable transportation for hauling equipment Working knowledge of residential plumbing connections and water systems Ability to troubleshoot on-site and finish the job right the first time What we provide Scheduled, pre-sold installations — no selling required Product training on our specific systems and specs The equipment and materials for each job

Compensation Structure:

Per-install flat rate (paid per completed job) Requirements Documented experience installing water treatment systems, plumbing, or comparable home service work Own tools and reliable transportation Able to work independently without daily supervision Bilingual Spanish/English preferred; additional languages welcome 18+ and able to contract as a 1099 in the U.S. Do clean work and want steady jobs? .
