Job Description
Specific Requirements SWT Excavating, Inc. is seeking a Journeyman or Master Plumber to join our team. The selected individual will diagnose, install, maintain, and repair water lines and plumbing systems in both residential and commercial environments. Position Requirements
- Journeyman or Master Plumber
- Experienced apprentices will be considered based on experience and qualifications
- Valid driver's license
- Knowledge of local and applicable plumbing codes
- Ability to safely operate basic hand and power tools necessary for the trade

- Complete plumbing repairs, renovations, installations, and other related service calls.
- Diagnose, install, repair, and maintain water lines and plumbing systems.
- Work to ensure timely, accurate, and high-quality repairs and installations.
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in commercial and residential environments.
- Perform minor to complex service work on plumbing systems.
- Demonstrate knowledge of local and applicable plumbing codes.
- Perform soldering, pipe threading, fixture installation, gas leak testing, and repairs.
- Read and work from blueprints, plans, and job specifications as they apply to the trade.
- Identify proper materials and quantities needed for new and existing projects.
- Work alongside the crew to ensure the overall success and timely completion of projects.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site and a well-inventoried work truck.
- Report to work on time and ready to work as scheduled.
- Maintain a professional appearance and attitude.
- Demonstrate strong organizational skills and exceptional follow-through.
- Have a strong desire to continually improve skills and workmanship.
