Competitive Per-Project Compensation + Leadership Growth Opportunities The Opportunity Calm Water Bath is seeking a highly experienced New Jersey Licensed Master Plumber to join our growing one-day bath remodeling company as a trusted subcontractor and trade partner. This is more than a typical subcontracting opportunity. We are looking for a dependable professional who can oversee the plumbing requirements of our bath installations, help establish best practices, and grow alongside our company. For the right individual, this relationship may expand into installation leadership, increased project volume, and potential long-term partnership opportunities. Project Scope Our residential remodeling projects include: Tub-to-shower conversions Shower-to-shower replacements Tub-to-tub replacements Walk-in shower installations Shower-to-tub conversions Plumbing adjustments and rough-ins within the wet area Many projects follow an efficient one-day installation model . Responsibilities Maintain an active New Jersey Master Plumber License Secure permits and coordinate required inspections Perform or oversee plumbing work associated with bath remodeling projects Ensure all work complies with New Jersey plumbing codes and local requirements Review project scopes and identify plumbing needs before installation Provide field guidance and technical support to installation crews Conduct inspections and quality-control checks when needed Troubleshoot field challenges professionally and efficiently Help establish plumbing standards, procedures, and best practices Coordinate with our production team to support scheduling and project completion Maintain clean, safe, and respectful job sites Deliver an exceptional experience for every homeowner Qualifications Active and unrestricted New Jersey Master Plumber License At least five years of residential plumbing experience Bathroom remodeling experience strongly preferred Ability to obtain permits and coordinate inspections Strong knowledge of New Jersey plumbing codes and residential

Pay:

$1,000.00 - $2,000.00 per week
