Confidential North Texas Plumbing & Septic Company North Texas / DFW Corridor (McKinney base for field work) $115,000 - $200,000 per year (base + performance incentives) About the Role Our client, Underwood Plumbing & Septic, needs a licensed Texas Master Plumber to support growing residential demand across the North Dallas / DFW corridor. This is a field-first role , focused on high-quality service work, customer-facing estimates, and execution in a fast-growing territory. This position is ideal for a plumber who wants autonomy, strong inbound lead flow, and compensation tied directly to performance , rather than a purely fixed-salary structure. You'll be working across a growing service area while helping stabilize and scale operations during a period of expansion. What You'll Do Run residential plumbing service calls across the DFW / North Texas region Diagnose, estimate, and complete plumbing repairs and installations Present pricing and solutions directly to homeowners Support additional service opportunities (including septic work when applicable) Maintain high-quality workmanship and customer experience standards Participate in a weekly in-person operations meeting (Bonham, TX) Compensation $115,000 - $200,000 per year (base + performance incentives) Base salary with additional earning potential tied to production and results High performers can significantly exceed base compensation through performance-driven earnings Company vehicle available based on assignment and timing What We're Looking For Active Texas Master Plumber license (required) Strong residential service plumbing experience Comfortable running jobs independently in the field Ability to estimate, present, and close work with customers Self-motivated and performance-driven mindset Willingness to travel within the North Texas / DFW corridor Able to attend weekly in-person meetings in Bonham, TX Work Environment Field-based role (majority of time on the road) Weekly in-person operational meeting in Bonham High-growth environment with increasing demand in the DFW market Direct impact on revenue and customer satisfaction Benefits Health insurance (United Healthcare) 401(k) with company match (eligibility period applies) Company vehicle availability (based on assignment) Performance-based earning structure with upside potential
