Responsible Master Plumber - Residential Plumbing Stonewell Plumbing Corpus Christi, TX Job Details Temporary | Part-time | Full-time | Contract $1,000 - $10,000 a month 1 day ago Qualifications Master Plumber Plumbing building codes Full Job Description We are building a residential plumbing company in the Corpus Christi area and are looking for an experienced Texas Licensed Master Plumber interested in serving as our Responsible Master Plumber (RMP) and helping us grow the operation. We handle the business side—including marketing, advertising, lead generation, phones, scheduling, billing and customer acquisition—so you can focus on overseeing a professional, compliant plumbing operation. Compensation $1,000 guaranteed monthly base + 10% of collected labor revenue. You receive your guaranteed monthly compensation regardless of job volume, plus additional compensation from the plumbing work we complete. You do not have to generate your own leads or spend your own money on advertising. As we grow the customer base and job volume, your compensation grows with the company. We are also open to discussing an alternative per-job compensation structure with the right Master Plumber. Responsibilities The RMP will provide genuine supervision and management of the company's plumbing operations in accordance with Texas requirements, including: Overseeing residential plumbing operations Providing required supervision of plumbing personnel Ensuring field personnel maintain appropriate licenses/registrations Permitting and inspection oversight Code and regulatory compliance Providing technical guidance when needed Helping establish operating procedures Maintaining the responsibilities required of a Texas Responsible Master Plumber We Handle Ownership and management will be responsible for: Marketing and advertising Generating residential plumbing leads Answering customer calls Scheduling Billing and collections Customer acquisition Business development Growing the Corpus Christi customer base The goal is to allow our RMP to concentrate on the plumbing operation, while we concentrate on keeping the phones ringing and building the business. Requirements Active Texas Master Plumber license in good standing Eligible and willing to obtain/maintain RMP designation for the company Residential plumbing experience Knowledge of Texas plumbing codes and local requirements Professional and dependable Interested in helping build a growing residential plumbing company This could be a particularly good opportunity for an experienced Master Plumber who wants to reduce time spent in the field, wants a flexible role, or wants additional earning potential tied directly to the work the company produces.
