We are a premier Compressed Air Service provider in Cranston , and we are looking for a visionary professional to build, lead, and grow our brand-new plumbing division from the ground up. The Opportunity We are expanding our service offerings and need a Licensed Master Plumber to act as the qualifying officer and department head. You will have the creative freedom to shape the department's culture, standard operating procedures, and service standards.

Key Responsibilities Department Leadership:

Oversee daily operations, project scheduling, and quality control for all plumbing services.

Regulatory Compliance:

Serve as the licensed professional of record, ensuring all work meets local codes and safety standards.

Strategy & Growth:

Assist in hiring and training future journeymen and apprentices as the department expands.

Client Relations:

Provide expert-level troubleshooting and high-end consultations for our commercial and residential clients.

What We Are Looking For License:

Must hold a valid Master Plumber License (valid for work in Rhode Island and Massachusetts).

Experience:

Extensive hands-on experience in residential and/or commercial plumbing.

Mindset:
