Applicants should have experience troubleshooting, diagnosing, and servicing all aspects of residential and commercial plumbing projects from fixtures, drains, main lines, lift stations, repipes, etc to meet or exceed departmental goals and metrics. Also, working knowledge of ServiceTitan, or similar software, is a plus as well as the ability to create and present options to customers in a good/better/best format.
