Industrial Plumber

Job Summary Condustrial, Inc. is seeking a skilled and dedicated Industrial Plumber to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems across various sites ensuring that plumbing installations meet safety standards, building codes, and project specifications. The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical knowledge, hands-on experience with construction plumbing, and the ability to interpret blueprints and schematics accurately. This position offers an opportunity to contribute to diverse projects, from commercial buildings to remodeling efforts, supporting the creation of safe and functional environments. Responsibilities Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in new construction, remodeling, and renovation projects. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to execute precise plumbing layouts. Use hand tools and power tools effectively for pipe fitting, threading, welding, and assembly tasks. Perform pipe threading, cutting, soldering, and welding to ensure secure connections. Conduct inspections of plumbing systems to identify leaks or faults and perform necessary repairs. Assist with HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning) system installations related to plumbing components. Lift heavy materials safely while adhering to safety protocols on construction sites. Maintain accurate documentation of work performed and materials used. Support remodeling projects by providing handyman skills such as carpentry or basic mechanical repairs. Skills 5+ years of proven experience in industrial plumbing Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, pipe threading equipment, and welding techniques. Strong understanding of blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings related to plumbing systems. Mechanical knowledge of piping systems, HVAC components, and schematic reading. Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently on active construction sites. Basic math skills for measurements, calculations, and layout planning.
