We are seeking a Mechanical Foreman with extensive copper piping or refrigeration experience to lead specialty mechanical installations. Position Overview The Mechanical Foreman will oversee installation of copper piping and refrigeration systems on commercial and industrial projects. This role requires strong technical background and leadership ability. Required Experience 5-10 years in the mechanical trade Extensive copper piping experience (sweat, braze, ProPress) OR Strong refrigeration piping background Previous small-company background preferred (hands-on, self-sufficient environments) Stable career history (limited job changes) Technician/service experience is a plus Strong communication skills Key Responsibilities Lead mechanical crews onsite Install and oversee copper and refrigeration piping systems Coordinate with project management and other trades Ensure work meets design specifications and quality standards Maintain production schedules Enforce safety standards Ideal Profile Technically strong and detail-oriented Leads by example Comfortable working in fast-paced environments Hands-on leadership style Strong troubleshooting ability Compensation & Benefits Competitive compensation based on experience Comprehensive benefits package 401(k) PTO Advancement opportunities
