Overview We are seeking a skilled and dependable Plumber to join our team, providing essential plumbing services for residential, commercial, and construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in plumbing systems, construction experience, and the ability to interpret technical drawings and schematics. Duties Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential and commercial settings, including water supply, drainage, and waste systems Perform plumbing system inspections using cameras and other diagnostic tools to identify issues Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to execute projects accurately Operate hand tools, power tools, pipe threading equipment, and plumbing inspection cameras safely and effectively Conduct remodeling and renovation work involving plumbing components Troubleshoot plumbing problems related to water systems, HVAC integration, and pipe leaks or blockages Perform drain cleaning using specialized equipment and techniques Adhere to local building codes and safety regulations during all phases of work Operate company vehicles responsibly for site travel and project logistics Maintain detailed records of work performed and materials used for each project Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently while ensuring customer satisfaction Requirements Proven experience in construction plumbing, residential plumbing, or commercial plumbing environments Knowledge of local building codes, schematics, blueprint reading, and interpreting technical drawings Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, pipe threading equipment, and plumbing inspection cameras Ability to perform heavy lifting and work in physically demanding environments Experience with water systems maintenance and repair as well as remodeling projects Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients Valid driver's license with experience operating company vehicles; commercial driving license preferred Construction site experience including working with construction site safety protocols Basic math skills necessary for measurements and calculations during installations or repairs Familiarity with HVAC systems is a plus; handyman experience or assembly skills are advantageous This position offers a dynamic work environment where craftsmanship meets customer service excellence.
