In this role, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing plumbing systems across residential and commercial properties. Duties Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential and commercial settings using hand tools, power tools, and construction plumbing techniques Conduct plumbing inspections utilizing cameras and schematics to diagnose issues accurately Perform drain cleaning, pipe threading, and system troubleshooting to ensure optimal water flow and system integrity Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and schematics to guide installation and repair projects Operate company vehicles safely while adhering to commercial driving regulations Use welding skills for pipe fabrication or repairs when necessary Maintain compliance with local building codes during all installation and repair activities Assist with remodeling projects by assembling fixtures, fixtures installation, and general handyman tasks Conduct routine maintenance of plumbing systems including water systems, HVAC components related to plumbing, and system schematics Engage with customers professionally to explain repairs or installations clearly and answer questions about plumbing systems Experience Proven construction site experience with a strong understanding of construction plumbing practices Hands-on experience with residential and commercial plumbing projects Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, pipe threading equipment, and plumbing inspection cameras Knowledge of local building codes and safety regulations related to plumbing work Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately Experience in drain cleaning, remodeling, assembly work, and HVAC-related plumbing tasks is preferred Demonstrated ability to lift heavy materials safely and perform physically demanding tasks such as heavy lifting or working in confined spaces Valid driver's license with experience operating company vehicles in compliance with safety standards Basic math skills for measurements and calculations during installations or repairs Handyman experience or additional skills in remodeling or general maintenance is a plus Join us if you're eager to bring your construction expertise into a fast-paced environment where your skills make a real difference!
