Your responsibilities will include:

Diagnosing plumbing and drainage problems accurately Repairing water, sewer, drain, and gas piping systems Installing and repairing water heaters Replacing faucets, toilets, fixtures, disposals, and other plumbing equipment Performing plumbing inspections and preventive maintenance Providing customers with clear explanations and professional recommendations Presenting repair and replacement options without using high-pressure sales tactics Recording complete job notes, photos, and customer approvals in our digital system Maintaining an organized, clean, and properly stocked company vehicle Following plumbing codes, safety requirements, and company procedures Participating in the company's rotating on-call schedule You may be a strong fit if you: Have at least two years of hands-on residential and/or commercial plumbing experience Can troubleshoot common plumbing problems independently Understand proper repair and installation practices Care about workmanship and customer satisfaction Communicate clearly and professionally Arrive prepared, maintain dependable attendance, and follow through on commitments Respect customers' homes and leave work areas clean Can use a smartphone or tablet to complete job documentation Have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record Can safely lift equipment and work in crawl spaces, attics, and varying weather conditions Willing to undergo background and drug screening A plumbing license is preferred but is not required if you have strong, verifiable field experience. Employment is subject to applicable background-check, driving-record, and drug-screening requirements.
