You know your craft, but you're also great with people. You can walk into a customer's home, quickly understand the problem, build trust, explain the options clearly, and confidently recommend the right solution. You do need to believe in your work, believe in the solutions you provide, and be comfortable creating opportunities to help customers. We're looking for someone who: Has 3+ years of plumbing experience , preferably residential service. Is confident diagnosing and solving plumbing problems. Builds relationships easily and communicates well. Is competitive, motivated, and takes pride in performance. Works with urgency and doesn't need to be micromanaged. Takes ownership of the customer experience and their results. Can confidently recommend solutions without being pushy. Takes pride in their appearance, vehicle, tools, and workmanship. Wants to work for a company with a reputation they can stand behind. Wants the opportunity to earn more by producing more. What You'll Do Diagnose, repair, and install residential plumbing systems. Handle leaks, clogs, drains, water heaters, fixtures, sewer issues, and general plumbing repairs. Build rapport with homeowners and understand what they need. Explain problems and solutions clearly. Recommend appropriate plumbing solutions and identify legitimate opportunities to improve the customer's system. Take ownership of calls from start to finish. Use ServiceTitan or similar field-service software. Maintain a clean, stocked service vehicle. Deliver professional workmanship and represent Charles Towne Plumbing with integrity and Southern hospitality. Compensation & Benefits Estimated earnings: $80,000-$180,000+ per year Top performers have the opportunity to earn more based on sold, completed, and collected work. Full-time, W-2 employment Performance-based piece-rate pay: 0-29.99 sold hours: $67.50/hour 30-39.99 sold hours: $72.50/hour 40+ sold hours: $77.50/hour Paid based on the higher of performance pay or applicable hourly base pay Weekly pay Paid time off and holiday pay Health and dental insurance IRA plan with company match Take-home company vehicle, gas card, and uniforms No nights or weekends on-call RiverDogs baseball season tickets and other team perks
