What You'll Do Diagnose, repair, and install residential plumbing systems. Handle leaks, clogs, drains, water heaters, fixtures, sewer issues, and general plumbing repairs. Build rapport with homeowners and understand what they need. Explain problems and solutions clearly. Recommend appropriate plumbing solutions and identify legitimate opportunities to improve the customer's system. Take ownership of calls from start to finish. Use ServiceTitan or similar field-service software. Maintain a clean, stocked service vehicle. Deliver professional workmanship and represent Charles Towne Plumbing with integrity and Southern hospitality. Compensation & Benefits Estimated earnings: $80,000-$180,000+ per year Top performers have the opportunity to earn more based on sold, completed, and collected work.
