Full-time, Contract Compensation :
$28-$35 per hour, depending on license level and experience Expected hours : 40 per week FourPoint People is hiring a General Plumber for a team in Brentwood, TN. We need someone with hands on field experience who can handle both residential and commercial work without a lot of hand holding.
Requirements :
  • Proven experience as a plumber in residential, commercial, or service settings
  • Valid plumbing license or certification preferred (journeyman or master plumber a plus)
  • Strong knowledge of plumbing codes, systems, and best practices
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively on job sites
  • Reliable, punctual, and professional with strong customer service skills
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Ability to lift heavy materials and work in physically demanding conditions
Responsibilities:
  • Install, repair, and maintain residential and commercial plumbing systems
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot plumbing issues including pipes, fixtures, and water systems
  • Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and building specifications
  • Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on plumbing systems
  • Ensure all work meets local codes, safety standards, and regulations
  • Collaborate with team members, contractors, and clients to complete projects on time
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment on all job sites
