Travis Electrical Service is expanding and launching a residential plumbing division. We are looking for a Lead Plumbing Technician to help build it the right way from day one. What You Will Do:

Diagnose and solve residential plumbing issues Present options and educate customers so they can make informed decisions Deliver a high level of customer service on every call Help establish standards and processes for the plumbing division Support and mentor future team members as we grow

What We Are Looking For:

5+ years of residential service plumbing experience Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills Leadership mindset and accountability Plumbing license preferred but not required Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record Alignment with our core values
