Responsibilities:

Handle in-home service calls and installations where your expertise actually matters Diagnose complex plumbing issues and present honest, education-based solutions to customers Conduct routine inspections of plumbing systems to identify issues or necessary repairs Build genuine relationships with homeowners—no high-pressure sales tactics, just real conversations about real solutions Work with club members and help new customers understand how our maintenance plans protect their homes Keep your truck organized and your work area clean (it's a rolling billboard for the kind of work we do) Partner with our dispatch and customer service team to make sure every call runs smooth Efficiently filing basic paperwork in Service Titan with vendors and manufacturers Drive to various locations in the Greater Nashville area, meet with customers in their homes, as well as evaluate and present options Exhibit meticulous attention to detail in all aspects of work, ensuring accurate and thorough completion of tasks.

$60,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
