Plumber / Handyman Punch List Heroes - Hendersonville, TN Join One of Middle Tennessee's Fastest-Growing Home Service Companies Punch List Heroes is a family-owned handyman and home improvement company serving homeowners throughout the Nashville area. We are known for exceptional craftsmanship, honest communication, and delivering a five-star customer experience on every project. We're looking for an experienced Plumber with strong handyman skills who takes pride in quality work, communicates well with customers, and wants to be part of a growing company where great employees are valued and rewarded. What You'll Do You'll perform a variety of residential plumbing and handyman services including: Faucet, sink, toilet, and garbage disposal installation and repair Water heater replacement and installation Shower valve replacements and plumbing fixture installations Drain repairs and basic drain clearing Leak diagnosis and repairs Kitchen and bathroom plumbing remodel work Minor water line and drain line repairs Fixture upgrades and homeowner punch lists Drywall repair after plumbing work Caulking, trim, painting, and finish carpentry Door and hardware installation General home repairs and maintenance Communicate professionally with homeowners while providing exceptional customer service Qualifications Minimum 3 years of residential plumbing experience Strong handyman skills with the ability to complete multiple trades Ability to diagnose plumbing issues without supervision Experience working inside occupied homes Professional appearance and positive attitude Excellent communication skills Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Able to lift 75+ pounds and work from ladders when needed Must provide quality workmanship and attention to detail Preferred Experience Licensed plumber is a plus but not required Remodel plumbing experience Drywall repair and texture matching Tile repair Basic electrical knowledge Finish carpentry Painting and trim work What We Offer Competitive pay: $24.00-$30.00 per hour (based on experience) Company vehicle provided during work hours Paid holidays Paid vacation Retirement plan with company match Company uniforms Modern tools and equipment Consistent year-round work Monday-Friday schedule No high-pressure sales Supportive family-oriented team Advancement opportunities as we continue to grow Pay $24.00-$30.00 per hour , based on experience Schedule Monday-Friday 8:00 AM-4:30 PM Why Punch List Heroes?
