We are looking for a skilled, dependable, and motivated Plumbing Service Technician to join our growing residential and light commercial service team. Key Responsibilities Diagnose, repair, and install plumbing systems in residential and light commercial settings Troubleshoot water, gas, and sewer systems using proper tools and techniques Install and repair fixtures (toilets, faucets, sinks, water heaters, etc.) Follow all local and state plumbing codes Document work performed, parts used, and time on each job using a phone/tablet Educate customers on maintenance and optional upgrades — no pressure sales Maintain a clean, stocked company vehicle Attend weekly team meetings and participate in ongoing training
Qualifications:
2-5 years of plumbing experience (required) Journeyman plumbing license (preferred) Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills Professional communication and customer‑service mindset Ability to work independently without constant supervision Valid driver's license with clean driving record Able to pass a drug screen Basic mobile device skills for job documentation
Physical Requirements:
Lift 50+ lbs Kneel, bend, crawl, and work in tight spaces Work in all weather conditions Occasional evenings or weekends as needed
