We are looking for a dependable, skilled New Construction Plumber to join our team. Position Summary The plumber will be responsible for installing plumbing systems in new residential and/or light commercial construction projects. This includes rough-ins, underground plumbing, trim-outs, fixture installation, and related plumbing work according to code, plans, and company standards. Responsibilities Install plumbing systems for new construction projects Perform underground, rough-in, and trim-out plumbing work Read and follow blueprints, plans, specifications, and job instructions Install water lines, drain lines, vent systems, fixtures, and equipment Ensure work is completed according to plumbing code and company standards Coordinate with supervisors, builders, other trades, and team members Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area Use tools, materials, and equipment properly and responsibly Communicate job progress, material needs, and any issues to the appropriate supervisor Represent Wilson Brothers Plumbing in a professional manner on all jobsites Qualifications 5+ years in construction plumbing with hands-on experience on commercial or residential sites. Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately. Knowledge of plumbing codes, materials, and installation methods Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment necessary for plumbing installation. Basic math skills for measurements and calculations Strong work ethic and attention to detail Reliable transportation to and from work/jobsites Valid driver's license preferred Ability to lift, carry, climb, bend, crawl, and work in various jobsite conditions Must be dependable, professional, and willing to learn Preferred Experience New construction plumbing Underground plumbing Rough-in and top-out work Trim-out and fixture installation Working with builders, contractors, and other trades What We're Looking For We are not looking for someone who simply wants to "get the job done."
