Work on residential new construction projects in Murfreesboro, TN with a team that values reliability, strong work ethic, and long-term growth in the plumbing trade. This Entry Level Plumber opportunity is built for motivated workers—whether you're ready to start entry-level or you already have some hands-on experience. Qualifications and responsibilities for this Plumber position include: Entry-level helpers/laborers are welcome; no previous plumbing experience required. Willingness to train and learn new skills to become a plumber. Reliable, strong work ethic, and dependable attendance. Comfort working outdoors on residential construction sites. Ability to work as part of a crew (typically 2-3 employees per truck). Valid driver's license required. Support primarily residential new construction installs (with some small commercial projects).
Salary:
$15-18, previous plumbing experience may be considered above range
Benefits:
Health insurance is available after 90 days. A Simple IRA is available after one year with a match of approximately 2-3%. Medical is 60% employee-only.
