In this pivotal role, you will lead plumbing teams, ensure compliance with building codes, interpret technical drawings, and deliver exceptional service from project inception to completion. Your expertise will drive the successful installation, maintenance, and repair of plumbing systems while maintaining safety standards and regulatory compliance. Responsibilities Lead and manage plumbing teams on construction sites, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to project timelines Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately install plumbing systems in accordance with building codes Oversee the installation, maintenance, and repair of domestic water systems, sewage systems, and HVAC-related plumbing components Ensure all work complies with local building codes, plumbing building codes, and construction regulatory standards Perform construction estimating for plumbing projects, including material take-offs and labor costs Utilize hand tools, power tools, pipe threading equipment, welding techniques, and other mechanical tools to complete installations Conduct site inspections to analyze building plans for code compliance and identify potential issues before work begins Supervise field service activities such as troubleshooting plumbing system failures and performing repairs efficiently Manage pipe assembly, remodeling projects, heavy lifting tasks, and general construction site responsibilities Maintain safety protocols by enforcing proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and ensuring heavy lifting safety procedures are followed Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and clients to deliver high-quality results while providing excellent customer service Experience Proven experience in construction plumbing with a strong background in residential and commercial projects Demonstrated leadership in managing plumbing teams on active construction sites Extensive knowledge of local building codes, plumbing regulations, and code analysis techniques Skilled in blueprint reading, interpreting schematics, and understanding construction plans Hands-on experience with welding, pipe threading, assembly, remodeling, and system maintenance Familiarity with HVAC systems related to plumbing applications is preferred Ability to perform basic math calculations for estimating materials and labor costs accurately Strong mechanical knowledge combined with carpentry skills for versatile project support Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) or ability to operate commercial vehicles is a plus Excellent communication skills for coordinating with team members and clients effectively Total Trans4mation is a 5 Star company with over 385 star reviews and we have been in business for over 15 years and we are still growing .
