Your work will include:

Diagnosing and repairing residential and light commercial plumbing systems Installing and servicing water heaters (tank and tankless), fixtures, and appliances Performing maintenance on existing plumbing systems and preventive services Communicating clearly with customers about issues, solutions, and pricing Completing documentation accurately using our mobile service platform Maintaining your service vehicle and equipment in professional condition Following safety protocols and local plumbing codes on every job

What We're Looking For Required Qualifications:

2+ years of residential plumbing service experience Valid Tennessee driver's license with clean driving record Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities Excellent customer service and communication skills Ability to work independently and manage daily schedule Must pass background check and drug screening

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with tankless water heaters and modern plumbing systems Water filtration experience Backflow prevention certification Previous experience with service management software

Physical Requirements:
