Residential Service Plumber

Residential and Light Commercial Service Plumber We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Service Plumber with a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in residential and light commercial service work. This role focuses on 80% residential and 20% light commercial service, with a strong emphasis on restaurants and small businesses —no new construction. Key Responsibilities:

Perform a variety of plumbing services, including tankless water heater installations , leak detection , and repairs Work with both residential and commercial clients, with a focus on service for restaurants and small businesses Conduct routine maintenance and repair of plumbing systems, such as pipes, fixtures, and water heaters Utilize tools like sewer cameras and sewer jets to diagnose and resolve issues efficiently Provide exceptional customer service by clearly explaining issues and recommended solutions to clients

Qualifications:

Minimum of 3 years of plumbing experience in service work —no new construction Proven ability to perform tankless water heater installs and leak repairs Experience working with sewer cameras and sewer jets for diagnostics and repairs Strong knowledge of plumbing systems and repair techniques Excellent communication skills and customer service focus
