We specialize in high-quality residential installation work and take pride in craftsmanship, professionalism, and exceptional client experience — including work in luxury homes and high-end remodels. We are growing and looking to hire a skilled Plumbing Installation Technician who takes pride in doing clean, precise work and representing a company with integrity.

Position Overview:

This role is focused primarily on installation work, including: Gas water heater installations Tankless water heater installations Whole-house re-pipes Remodel rough-ins and trim-outs New construction rough-ins and trim-outs This is not a service-call heavy role. We are looking for someone who enjoys installation projects and doing things the right way.

What We're Looking For:

3-5+ years of hands-on plumbing installation experience Strong knowledge of residential plumbing systems Experience with rough-ins and trim-outs Ability to work independently and efficiently Clean, organized workmanship Professional appearance and communication skills Comfortable interacting with homeowners, including high-end clientele Valid driver's license and clean driving record We are looking for someone dependable, self-motivated, and detail-oriented — someone who wants to be part of a small team where quality matters.
