Responsibilities Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential and commercial buildings. Perform construction plumbing tasks including pipe installation, fittings, and fixtures. Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and effectively for various plumbing tasks. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to determine project requirements. Conduct routine inspections of plumbing systems to identify issues or required maintenance. Adhere to safety protocols while performing heavy lifting and working on construction sites. Provide maintenance person services as necessary for remodeling projects or general repairs. Requirements Proficient in using hand tools, power tools, and performing pipe threading tasks. Basic math skills for measurements and calculations related to plumbing installations. Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail in all work performed. Must live within 30 miles of the shop location in Aubrey for take home vehicle
