Neild is looking for highly motivated, experienced Plumbers to join the best construction team in Southeast Texas and Southwest Louisiana. As a Plumber for H.B. Neild, you will be expected to work safely and in the most professional manner possible to deliver a high quality product for our commercial and industrial clients. Responsibilities Install, repair, and maintain pipes, valves, fittings, drainage systems, and fixtures in in industrial, commercial, and residential structures. Collaborate with other construction professionals. Follow building plans and specifications. Respond to, diagnose, and resolve plumbing emergencies. Perform routine inspections of plumbing and drainage systems. Prepare bids, budgets, and cost estimates. Keep accurate records of time spent working, description of work performed, and materials used. Keep up to date with current safety regulations for plumbing work to ensure that all installed systems pass inspections. Communicate well with clients to ensure client satisfaction. Communicate well with team members and fellow employees. Qualifications Skilled in the use of hand and power tools used in the plumbing trade. Knowledge of the building codes, safety regulations, and safety practices. Ability to read and follow blueprints and specifications. Familiarity with PVC, CPVC, PEX, cast iron, and copper. Ability to work in high-stress conditions and quickly changing environments. Basic computer skills. Insurable driving record. Must be able to pass both a drug screening and background verification. Licenses/Certification Driver's License (Required) TWIC Card (Preferred) ISTC (Preferred)
